30-Day Return Policy

At WitAndThread.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  3. The request for a return must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Items Excluded from Returns

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  2. Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of your purchase date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided with the RMA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility for a return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you desire.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and, if available, a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
